I take my dad fishing on the Chesapeake Bay for the first time in 2017! It’s been a tradition that we’ve rented boats there once or twice a year for the past 15 years. To be honest, neither of us are very adept at saltwater fishing, and usually when we go we’ll catch some white perch, croaker, and occasionally a small striped bass. But this year, I was determined to improve my skills and try to catch some of the monsters that swim in the bay! I bought just about every bait imaginable from the bait store, and armed with a tenacious determination to catch some giants, my dad and I tackle the rough waters of the Chesapeake head first!!!
