The Tournament Anglers Association is looking to start a new bass fishing tournament for 200 anglers and paying back almost 100 percent of the fees to the anglers. With first place getting $300,000 dollars to the winner, the TAA might be new, but has an old school feel. They are not allowing forward facing sonar, no practice and other restrictions that could help the weekend warrior compete with some pros. Will it work?
