Held on Leech Lake in Walker, Minn., the third stop of the 2009 FLW Walleye Tour was a battle between the anglers and the slot limit. Taking the win, Dan Stier remarkably weighed only 17 of a possible 20 walleyes, catching all his fish by live-bait rigging minnows.
