Hello KBF’ers, it is pretty much cold or has gotten cold at least once everywhere (or almost everywhere) in the country at this point. This is the time when a lot of people quit fishing. DO NOT DO THAT. Double down this time of the year and explore, take advantage of the winter draw down and find those fishy spots for spring. But, this video is about topwater fishing and in my opinion too many people quit fishing topwater way too early. Topwater fishing is HOT when the water temps are in the mid 60’s and continues to as low as 52 degrees in my opinion. I have caught a few in 50 degree water, but I think there are better options after you get below 52.
