To complete this fishing challenge, an angler must use an ice fishing rod to catch a bass a topwater lure! Obstacles include: impaired casting distance, ultra thin line, and weak hooksets to name a few. If you’re up to the challenge, take an ice pole out to your favorite body of water and see if you can land a bass!

-Live Target Hollow Body Frog (1 3/4″, green/brown)
Rod/Reel/Line used:
-Ice fishing rod/reel bought from a local tackle shop. I think its for ice fishing, or maybe it’s for kids 5 and under based on the colors… But it was spooled with some crappy line, I’d guess 4 lb monofilament.
