A good stump in the right spot can sometimes hold a big bass, or multiple bass in this case. Here I’m using a square billed crank bait and a jig to work the roots around the stump and get multiple bites when working around the same stump. In my experience wood is always good in the fall, and you never want to pass up a good stump!
