It’s jig head time!

In particular, how to choose the best saltwater jig head for any fishing situation.

Why is this important?

Because with the endless amount of jig heads available (especially at busy tackle shops and big box retailers like Bass Pro and Dick’s Sporting Goods), picking the wrong jig head could mean you missing out on catching more fish… or even missing a trophy fish.

For instance, if you pick the wrong jig head weight, you might completely miss the feeding zone.

If you pick a jig head without a worm keeper and you’re using an artificial lure, your bait presentation will be off.

And if you choose a jig head with the wrong hook shank, you could lose a trophy fish.
