It’s dinner time!
In this video, we’ve got Capt. Mark “Hollywood” Johnson from FloridaKeysFunFishing.com showing us how to fillet a speckled trout.
We had just gotten back from a full day of catching fish and were getting ready to go grab some dinner when we decided to bust out the camera and film this video of Hollywood cleaning the trout.
Although it was rainy and we had some paddleboard spectators, Capt. Hollywood did a great job of showing how easy it is.
