Spring bass fishing can sometimes be tricky and in order to catch fish you have resort to junk fishing. Junk fishing is when you throw multiple baits in multiple locations throughout the lake without a pattern. An example would be catching a fish in shallow weeds on a frog then catching one on a deep rock pile with a crankbait then catching one on a texas rig flipping bushes.
In my opinion there is nothing wrong with fishing like this. I often find myself with 10-15 rods on the deck of my boat even when I know a decent pattern. I am a firm believer that specific lures work best in specific situations. In this video I show myself and my friend catching bass on various baits in various locations throughout the lake.
