Long story short, Eric, was the gentleman who was in need of an extra hook in which I was able to provide and graciously he showed me where he was catching lot of bass (as well as other species) with a specific bait which I will not reveal. I’ll say that it’s not a bait you’d typically use for bass or even find at your local tackle store but either way, I didn’t have it and was still wanting to catch them with my usual techniques. Well after much trial and error I found one bait/technique that finally did the trick. The good old drop shot rig!
