Casey Smith of Victor, New York wins St. Croix Bassmaster Northern Open at the Oneida Lake in Syracuse, NY with 55 pounds, 13 ounces. Smith punches his ticket to the 2023 Bassmaster Classic with the win, as long as he competes at the Chesapeake Bay event in September.
