Powell Kemp wins the 2023 St. Croix Bassmaster Open at Buggs Island with a three-day total of 48 pounds, 13 ounces. Kemp has punched his ticket to the 2024 Bassmaster Classic at Grand Lake as long as he competes at the St. Lawrence River and Watts Bar to end the Division III schedule.
