Are we and parents teaching our youth anglers that cheating is allowed? Are we teaching high school angler that in order to compete and do well that they must cheat in fishing tournaments to get ahead? In a recent high school fishing event, a parent and their child pulled fish out of an underwater cage and placed two fish in that childs limit bag.
