I can’t find any information about the fish online other than people referring to it as a rockfish. Which is just a general term for fish that live in rocks haha. I think it may be a type of scorpionfish . I did some research and found it may be a Spotted Scorpion Fish, which is in the family Scorpaenidae. Which have venom glands in their dorsal, anal and pelvic fins. If you think otherwise let me know.
