I’m back in the Kayak again to fish a lake close to home that I’ve never experienced from a kayak. I got to fish some of my new swimbaits that ended up working well in the lily pads when the frog bite was kind of tough. The Bass ended up schooling in the evening around some points, and I was able to get on a decent schooling bass bite as well. Catching bass out of a boat is fun but landing them in the kayak is even more challenging and rewarding. I like that when you hook a good bass on braid in a kayak, the fish actually pulls you around, LOL!
