I didn’t only catch my first topwater bass of 2018, I caught a bunch!!! The conditions were perfect for a topwater bite & the bass fishing was epic. A crazy mini heat wave in Maryland warmed the water temperatures to 70 degrees and the bass were going crazy up in the shallows. A little bluegill patterned topwater popper was all it took get a bunch of hungry pre-spawn and spawning bass to blow up and engulf my bait!!!
Thanks for watching!!!
