Mark Rose cemented his reputation as the best in the game on the Tennessee River with his second wire-to-wire win on Pickwick in three years. Making a long run to Mississippi, Rose beat out notables such as Jonathan Newton, Ott DeFoe, Keith Pace and Scott Canterbury for the title.
