We picked the most remotely accessible community in Manitoba to donate the Shimano rod & reel combos from the 39hrs prizes won by Team Manitoba (Aaron Wiebe & Manny Milas) during last winter’s 39hrs. Jay and Aaron embark on the journey…beyond all roads, and across Reindeer Lake, to the community of Brochet… Afterward, they stick around and sample the trophy Pike and Lake Trout fishing for an additional 1.5 days.
…Team Saskatchewan (Adam & Sean Konrad) donated the 296 rods they won (during the first 39hrs and the additional ones in the TieBreaker) to a kids fishing day in spring. We have something upcoming planned for the 84 rods won by Team Shimano (Paul & Taro) during the first 39hrs series….
