Josh headed offshore with the Bronx Tale to go fishing for wahoo and sharks. We started off the day high speed trolling for wahoo at a speed of 15-20 knots (17-23 mph). Wahoo are one of the fastest fish in the ocean, capable of reaching speeds over 50mph! We got our first bite very quickly and it was a decent wahoo! The bite was in shallow waters (under 100ft). We reset our lines and within 10 minutes we were hooked up again! This wahoo was bigger! The wahoo bite was on fire. After catching our second wahoo, we reset our lines and in a very short period of time we had our third wahoo hooked up! This fish managed to get off the hook. A storm rolled in and the bite shut off. We then went shark fishing and caught a huge bull shark. We also had some fun playing with silky sharks. A huge storm sneaked up on us and we decided to troll back to port. On the way back we hooked a huge wahoo. While we were fighting the fish, another boat drove by and cut our line!
