1. Pop it
2. Reel slowly or quickly
3. Walk the dog

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Crankbait Lures ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

Hard plastic lures that resemble a baitfish. They come with or without a lip. The size and shape of the lip determine both the depth and action of the lure. While retrieving the lure, you can either:
1. Twitch along the top of the water
2. Jerk
3. Reel in a consistent pace

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Jigs ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

Basically a weight attached to a hook. Commonly used with live bait and soft plastics. Can be fished in many different ways, but the most common are:
1. Jigging (sinking and lifting the lure in the water)
2. Dragged along the bottom
3. Trolled
