Tom Monsoor is largely credited with inventing the swim jig technique over three decades ago. The La Crosse, Wis., pro has used this presentation to win countless tournaments on his home waters of the Mississippi River. Monsoor has notched several top-10 finishes nationally with a swim jig as well — most recently being the 2013 Forrest Wood Cup on the Red River.
