Paul Marks, from Cumming, Georgia, has spent his whole life fishing lakes with blueback herring as the primary forage. Since joining the Elites in 2025, he has won two Bassmaster Elite Series titles on lakes like that. It was Lake Hartwell in 2025 and it’s Lake Murray in 2026.
