The final day of this angler’s storied road trip puts me on Lake Huron bass fishing for HUGE smallmouth bass and of course fishing my secret lure. A rig that isn’t so secret anymore they went crazy on my NED RIG – both drum and bass LOL! This trip has been a story I wanted to be able to tell, something I felt I needed to do, and I’ve learned so much fishhing KY Lake, travelling north from Florida, spending time with my buddies Benjamin Nowak and Bass Quest. It’s also shown me the huge sense of community that we as anglers have and how bass fishing can transcend insane boundaries and make friends out of complete strangers. This was a fishing road trip to remember, Lake Huron and my personal best bass was just frosting on the cake.
