You can tell a lot about a fish by looking at it, and this mangrove snapper had one thing going for it—a serious belly! That fish had clearly been eating well and was packed full from feeding hard offshore.
Catching quality snapper like this is always a good sign that you’re around healthy fish and plenty of bait. Safe to say this one wasn’t missing any meals!
